Audiovisual Department

The Audiovisual department of DNBmedia has a long history. Started ten years ago under the name ‘Studio C’, the department has realized many popular productions. For example the VPRO animation series ‘Poëzie en plaatjes’ won the Cinekid award in 1999 and Bastian’s ‘tietenclip’ was voted as the best Dutch music video of all time. The Audiovisual department made animations for the Euro that were shown around the whole world. ‘Studio C’ also produced the travel show ‘Grenzeloos genietend’ for RTL 5, in which the presenters Maud Hawinkels and Horace Cohen traveled through different countries in 12 episodes.

DNBmedia Audiovisual works in many areas on the most diverse projects, including video and animation projects for TV, educational films for museums and exhibitions, video banners for the internet and AV production for Theatre.
The projects are created in the production studio where all the facilities are available.

Through close collaboration with the other departments (Interactive and Second Life) we try to bring all kinds of media forms together. For the Second Life department we make 3D animations and together with the Interactive department we produce video banners, animations for the internet and interactive installations for museums.
