About DNBmedia

DNBmedia is a communication agency that has applied itself to three disciplines: ‘audiovisual’, ‘interactive’, and Second Life. We come up with concepts for fresh interactive communication. At the same time we provide the complete realization and implementation. Together with the client our team of programmers, 3D developers, scriptwriters, animators, architects and consultants work on the creation of progressive projects.

Since being established in 1994, DNBmedia has done projects for clients including Rabobank, Randstad, Orange, SBS6, RTL4 and the Anne Frank House and now has 35 employees.

As of last year DNBmedia has been named in the ‘Full Service Partner List’ of Second Life. In February, DNBmedia started with Second Life Nederland, a platform for the Dutch user to make Second Life more accessible in the Netherlands. Second Life Nederland (SLNL) has been up for four months. On the 4th of February the portal SecondLife.nl opened, and a month and a half later, on the 20th of March, the platform ‘0031’ was launched in collaboration with ABN AMRO and Randstad. Since being opened, platform 0031 has been the location most visited by Dutch users. With 65,000 members, Second Life Nederland is the largest online community in the Netherlands. We facilitate an environment for the Dutch Second Life community both on the internet as well as inworld in Second Life.
